Le RSU di IBM hanno avviato una riflessione sull’utilizzo del CLAIM, dopo numerose segnalazioni da parte dei lavoratori di incongruenze nella sua applicazione, che determinano forti disagi.

Questo documento vuole favorire l’avvio di una discussione che sarà approfondita nei prossimi mesi, con il contributo dei colleghi. Considerata la delicatezza del tema, abbiamo deciso rendere disponibile ai colleghi il documento sul CLAIM SOLO SULLA BACHECA SINDACALE IN INTRANET IBM, raggiungibile con questo COLLEGAMENTO.

La discussione e i contributi dei colleghi è possibile in un’area riservata Google, aperta solo a chi si qualifica in modo verificabile come dipendente del Gruppo IBM, area a cui si accede con questo collegamento. Pertanto i contributi inseriti saranno visibili esclusivamente a coloro che si saranno registrati e fatti riconoscere.

Per registrarti nel gruppo chiuso devi:

• collegarti alla pagina del gruppo
• cliccare "Entra e richiedi ammissione al gruppo"
• se possiedi un account Google inserisci utenza e password e richiedi l'iscrizione
• se non possiedi un account Google creane uno (" Crea un account ora") e richiedi l'iscrizione al gruppo di discussione
• segui le istruzioni a video
• inserisci Nome e Cognome nella richiesta di ammissione.

Il tuo indirizzo di posta e il tuo nome non saranno visibili agli altri utenti ma solo all'amministratore del gruppo, che è incaricato di verificare la tua condizione di dipendente IBM.

IBM RSU started to think about CLAIM utilization after many employees pointed out the inconsistencies present in its application and causing many inconveniences.

This document is intended to encourage a discussion, that, with the colleagues' contribution, will go into more depth in the next months. Considering the awkwardness of the topic we decided that the document on CLAIM should be available for the colleagues ONLY ON THE TRADE-UNION BULLETIN BOARD IN IBM INTRANET, that can be accessed via this LINK (the English version is in the second part of the file).

The colleagues' discussion and contributions are possible in a Google restricted area that can be accessed only by those who are confirmed in a verifiable way as an IBM Group employee. This area can be accessed via this link. Therefore the contributions provided will be accessible only to the people who are registered and recognized.

In order to register to this group:

• connect to the group page
• click "Entra e richiedi ammissione al gruppo" ("Ask to be admitted to the group")
• if you have a Google account, enter userid and password and ask for the registration
• if you do not have a Google account create one ("Crea un account ora") and ask for the registration to the discussion group
• follow the instructions
• enter name and surname in the admission request

Your email address and your name will not be visible to other users but only to the group administrator who is in charge with verifying that you are an IBM employee.
